Do I need to be in shape to start personal training?
No. Personal training is available for anyone, regardless of where they are at in their fitness journey.
Do I need to bring anything to my personal training sessions?
Please bring a clean pair of shoes you're comfortable working out in, a water bottle, and a positive attitude!
Will there be others watching our personal training sessions?
No. Our gym space is 100% private: just you and your trainer.
I'm in my 50's and I've never had a workout routine. Is this a good place to start?
Absolutely! Personal training is a great way to build confidence in your workouts and build a routine.
Can I book a training session and a massage back-to-back?
Yes, and it's encouraged! Having a massage after your workout is a great way to relax your body and prevent delayed onset muscle soreness. Please note these are separate services, and will be billed and processed separately.
Do you do direct billing for massage therapy?
Yes, I can direct bill to most insurance providers. If you have questions regarding direct billing to your specific insurance provider, please contact me directly.
